Buenavista Equity Partners is an independent asset manager founded in 1996 that operates in the lower mid-market segment. Currently, it manages approximately €1 billion through various vehicles of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Infrastructure. Buenavista has an ecosystem of more than 400 domestic and foreign investors, including mainly pension funds, funds of funds, insurance companies, family offices, businesses, and financial institutions.

Buenavista Equity Partners is an independent Private Equity firm whose shareholders are the partners of various Buenavista management companies who, through the ‘Buenavista Equity Partners’ matrix, control the majority of the capital of all managing companies.

The proprietary Deal Flow represents more than 2/3 of the total Deal Flow.
