Francisco is Senior Advisor and Partner of Buenavista Ventures fund since 2020, and in 2021 he became Partner and member of the Board of Directors of Buenavista Equity Partners Portugal.
Francisco has more than 40 years of dedication to R&D activities and describes his professional life as “a varied palette of activities”, not only founded ELIOT, today a large international company, but also developed hardware and software design in electronic equipment and held senior management positions in medium and large international companies.
Between 2015 and 2018, Francisco was Director General CDTI – Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial, the Spanish Innovation Agency of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, which is responsible for the financing of Spanish business innovation and internationalization. In addition, between 2019 and 2020, he chaired the Investment Manager Futureplus Capital, dedicated to investing in Deep-tech companies based in the Iberian Peninsula.
has been working with the GED group as Senior Advisor and Partner of the CONEXO fund, and in 2021 he became Partner and member of the Board of Directors of Buenavista Ventures Portugal.
