Rafael López Armenta Managing Partner - Private Equity/Buy Out Rafael is Managing Partner of Private Equity/Buy Out at Buenavista. He participates in portfolio management, leading investment operations, monitoring and divestments, as well as actively collaborating in fundraising. In his more than 20 years of experience, he has participated directly in the execution of operations in different sectors such as F&B, packaging, healthcare, foodservice, etc. He is currently board member and partner in charge of several companies of Buy Out funds I and II. Rafael holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master´s degree in Financial Management, both from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He speaks English fluently, Spanish being his native language.
