Refurbishment of the former Convent of San Agustín (13th century) in Seville, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument and an Asset of Cultural Interest, for its development and operation as an 82-room hotel. The project, designed by the renowned Cruz y Ortiz studio, is being executed on a 6,500 m2 plot of land assigned by the Seville City Council through a 50-year surface right on which the ruins of the former convent are located.
