María Verdugo Revilla Finance and Compliance Specialist María Verdugo is Deputy Chief Financial Officer and and Compliance Specialist at Buenavista since 2020. Graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Valladolid (UVA) and holder of a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the UNED. She is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association. Subsequently specialized in Compliance through the program offered by the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). Additionally, she has obtained CESCOM® and IFCA Compliance certifications. Languages: Spanish, English and French.
