María Zumárraga Fernández Associate/Buy Out Associate María is an Associate at Buenavista Private Equity, where she is involved in the Buyout I, II, and III funds. Previously, she developed her professional career in the Investment Banking team at Andbank, where for five years she took part in the execution of M&A transactions across various sectors such as agri-food, healthcare, and technology. Before that, she worked as an analyst at Degroof Petercam’s M&A team. María holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE Business School and completed an exchange program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA). She has also passed Level I of the CFA program. María speaks Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
