Sofía Serratosa Escolá Analyst/Buy Out Sofía is an Analyst in Buenavista’s Private Equity Buyout team, where she participates in the Buyout I, II, and III funds. Before joining Buenavista, she worked in the Private Equity department of Zriser’s family office and also gained prior experience as a lawyer in the M&A and International Tax departments at EY and Siemens Gamesa for four years. Sofía holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from IE University and a Master’s degree in Lawyering and Corporate Legal Advisory from IE Law School. She has also completed training in Private Equity and M&A at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). She is fluent in English, with Spanish as her native language.
