Levaduramadre

Workplace inclusion and collaboration with social organisations

Levaduramadre has collaborated on various initiatives aimed at promoting the social inclusion and employability of at-risk groups. In 2025, the company worked with Adsis to offer a work placement at its CAMER store to a person in a vulnerable situation, providing a total of 50 hours of hands-on experience. It also supported an 80-hour vocational baking course for 15 participants, delivered over four weeks between 20 October and 16 November 2025; following the training, one of the participants, Boubacar, joined OLM on a temporary basis.

The company also maintained its collaboration with social organisations through regular product donations, support for inclusive educational programmes and participation in charitable initiatives. In 2025, Levaduramadre donated a total of 3,483.16 kg of product, plus 30 large “roscón” cakes, and worked with 11 participating schools or associations. These initiatives help strengthen Levaduramadre’s ties with its local community, reduce food waste and bring the food sector closer to groups facing barriers to employment.
